She will get to know you so she can show you homes that will make you comfortable. Furthermore, she is the type of person that will go the extra mile for you, assisting you with research, previewing homes, talking to potential neighbors to see if it’s the “right fit”. If you are an experienced buyer, I can tell that she will not be redundant and will be sensitive to your needs and understanding of the buying process. To the seller, I can say this; Linda will make every effort to present your home to look enticing to the buyer, and help advise you on price with the ever changing real estate market. She will do her best to serve your needs and to negotiate the best possible price and terms. It is apparent after working with Linda that she has vast experience in Real Estate and knows the market very well. I don’t think there are many people who have the passion, drive or caring that Linda does. On a side note, my husband is not easily impressed. However, he is impressed with Linda’s work ethic and tenacity. He took note that Linda wouldn’t take into consideration the bottom line for herself. She only concerned herself with what home would benefit our needs.

What we like most about Linda is her attitude. She is personable and professional.

Linda represented us in the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. As sellers, Linda brought us a complete package of information to list the house. She showed us the different ways it was going to be marketed in the area. At the time listing a house was challenging- the real estate market was difficult. There were a lot of listings, it seems that everyone was selling, and the market was so competitive.

Linda was great in her negotiating skills and marketing efforts. She kept us informed throughout the process. The house sold and we were ready to buy our new home. We wanted to move to be closer to our family…, and Linda found us that home. The house we were interested in had multiple offers. Linda was persistent and did a great job in presenting our offer, our offer was accepted!

We had some challenges... the other agent had a misfortune in her family and Linda jumped in and helped the other agent out. Linda was not only doing her job as the selling agent but, also some tasks of the listing agent. Linda made all efforts, so our experience would be a better one!

In our transactions, Linda explained everything in detail. Every question we had, even a tax question (granted she would ask us to talk with our tax accountant first) however when we didn’t, she asked her accountant and got back to us. She is not only a fantastic resource and a great realtor, now she is also good friend. We know we can always count on Linda. Linda represented us- in our home purchase. We moved from Ohio Cincinnati to California.

When Tom first came out here we started our house search in Camarillo, and then started looking in the Thousand Oaks area. Linda was referred to us by another agent.

What we like most about Linda is that she worked very hard in helping us find a home. She worked in our best interest, is very detailed oriented, very thorough and was there when you need her. She explained the buying process to us and gave us a book that contained different articles with information about this area.

In our search for our home, Linda was willing to listen to us and do what we needed her to do, in searching for a home for us. We did not feel like we were forced into doing anything, we made the decisions.

There was a problem with the Seller’s realtor in that he was unavailable to get us information. Linda would call him to follow-up on our request. She was very good at dealing with him.

Linda was so good in keeping us informed; “she was just with it and professional”. She makes a very good realtor. I would recommend her to anyone who moves to this area. She is very helpful and she will listen to what you want. We are good friends.

We just got back from our honeymoon and were looking to buying our first home.
Linda was willing to commit her time and worked with our schedules and staying well into the late hours working with us. She spend the time to guide us through the buying process and went through the contract line -by- line. She would spend the time asking us what we were interested in and listen to our needs.

Linda was good at following through and returned our calls immediately, and letting us know what was going on, and called us each individually to relay information, even if it was just to touch base. Linda never left us hanging.

We did have problems with both the seller and the listing agent. The seller had timing issues with moving. But Linda came over and helped us do some of the work and even brought some of the materials we needed to work on the house. The other challenge was with the listing agent, he was not readily available! But, Linda did her best to expedite and kept things moving.

We were treated with dignity and respect and we would refer Linda to our family and friends.

It is so hard to convey feeling or an experience through words. Especially when I’m trying to communicate how wonderful you are to strangers. I truly hope I do you justice. Here it goes…
If I can just let everyone know first off… my name is Mae. My husband is Nic Manocchio, he is the Executive Chef for the Renaissance Agoura Hills Hotel. We have a one year old little boy name Braden. I work part– time, but I pretty much consider myself a stay– at—home mom. I love it!
I asked Nic, “if you could pick one word to describe our experience working with Linda, what would it be?” He said, “Easy”. Meaning, Linda did all the work. The endless paperwork ( I think it was written in ancient hieroglyphics). She made sense of it all and explained everything to us.
Not to mention the condo we did purchase had multiple offers, four strong offer to be exact. Linda asked for our picture and personally delivered the proposal to the sellers to make us real in the seller’s eyes and ensuring to them that we were not just another offer. We got the condo!
Then I asked Nic, “what about our relationship?’ “How do you feel about her personally?” He said, “she’s like family.” Nic and I both agree that it’s her enthusiasm that really makes a difference. She didn’t stop until we found the perfect home. I know you hear many realtors claiming the same attribute. Well, Linda’s actions proved to be more then I know how to convey in words. Linda helped me sell my house and also to purchase my new home. At the time, the real estate market was highly competitive. In the sale of my home, she used many advertising resources to get my house sold. Once my house sold, the real challenge became finding me a home to live in. Once again, Linda pulled all her resources to find me a home. She met the challenge, keeping in mind my particular wants and needs in the new home. A couple of things that I was specifically looking for were a good location and a garage. Linda was receptive enough to know that I would not settle for anything less. She continued to show me homes with the criteria I had set. Several homes were close to meeting my criteria; but, as I told you, the real estate market was very competitive at the time. A home would be ideal, but there was the issue of the price. Just when I thought it was time to give up, Linda persevered and went door knocking in the area where I was interested in living. It worked! She knocked on the right door and a deal was made. In dealing with the real estate market, Linda explained to me the process of selling of my house and the process of buying a home. She came prepared with market information and had laid out a plan to market the home and get it sold. Also, she showed me what to expect to pay in the purchase of my home, given my criteria and location. There were no unpleasant surprises. I appreciated Linda’s hard working attitude, her persistence, and her patience. She worked extremely hard during a difficult time in the real estate market. For me, there is no reason to look for another Realtor; I would always trust my real estate needs to Linda.

What we like most about Linda is that she is very responsible. We were also impressed by the way she answered all of our questions in an efficient and timely manner. We are business people who own and operate our own business. Linda has helped us with several investment transactions, including a challenging purchase of a duplex. I bought my first home with Linda and I was her first client. We looked for months and she never gave up on me. When she said “I have found a place for you, however it needs work, I think you would like the space it has to offer”. She was right -I did! I put in an offer and she got it accepted. The Sellers ended up even paying for the closing cost. I remember in the beginning Linda and I asked the Seller if the home ever had water damage and they responded that there were never any water leaks. Obviously, they lied, because the roof came down in the master bedroom shortly after I moved in, one rainy afternoon. I called Linda and she got a hold of the manager on duty and came to exam the situation. The good news is that the Home Owner Association fixed it all. The first day I moved in I gutted the place. So, my positive thought when the roof came down was I am going to get a new roof. Every time I called Linda she was always there and if I had questions she would answer them or find out the information and get back to me ASAP. Till this day she is still like that. I truly feel she is in the business to make Buyers and Sellers happy. Linda was good at considering my interest of what I was looking for in buying. I remember when we were looking, it took several months, she would say “don’t worry Sean, we will keep looking, I promise I will find you a place, as long as it takes… and she did! As a first time home buyer I was nervous about the fact of budgeting myself to afford a home, when it came to the paperwork, Linda made me feel at ease. I trusted her. Even though, this was the first time for me and Linda, it was Linda’s personality that she is sure of herself that made me feel confident in her. Linda would work through the process and what she did not know she would find out that day, she was always on top of getting back to me with an answer. I feel our relationship today is the same as in the beginning. I feel comfortable around her and will continue to use her in all my future home buying and selling. As well, Linda referred me to a great Home Loan Consultant, Stephanie Davis. She was just like Linda; she would have an answer for me right away. I could call her out of the blue and she would take my call, really helpful and there for me. At the time I was looking to buy the market was tough, everything was going up in price and Linda’s mission was to find me something and lock in to buy ASAP. All I can say about Linda is that she is a great person. She is not in it for herself, and totally in it for the Buyer and Seller.
